Over the last few months, I’ve been working out but not really been pushing myself to reach my goals.  Over the next 15 weeks, this will be my strength and conditioning program the aim is to get me back on track to build muscle and reduce my body fat.  These workouts can be scaled to suit any fitness level and you can use weights if that works for you.
