Fight club - Update for week 24/8/15
Normally I would be using this post as an opportunity to post our fight club workouts from the week, sadly fight club hit a bit of a speed bump this week.
A tear in my Achilles tendon is now the challenge that I need to work out around for a while. For the next few weeks, while I have a cast on, I will be designing my workouts so I can keep on track with my fitness without causing more damage to myself. But wait, fear not I won’t be changing the format of fight club, as it isn’t all about me, I will be keeping the workouts to suit everyone, I will just be swapping out the things I can’t do so I don’t disadvantage everyone else just because I’m broken.
