Monday

Warm up

2 minutes Skipping
1 minute sit ups
3 rounds


Tuesday


30 sec Skipping or Mountain climbers
30 sec Squat

30 sec Skipping or Mountain climbers
30 sec Lunge 

30 sec Skipping or Mountain climbers
30 Boxers sit ups
3 rounds


Wednesday

5 squat
5 Split jump
3 burpee
5 rounds 

30 seconds Sit ups
30 seconds Cannon ball 
30 seconds Boxers sit ups
30 seconds Skaters 

3 rounds 


Thursday

As many rounds as you can in 15 mins
5 squats 
6 side lunges 
4 shoulder taps 
5 guard sit ups 


Friday


5mins as many burpee as you can 
15 Min stretch
