Squat
Side lunge
Lunge 
(repeat 3 times)
Jumping Jacks x 1
Push ups
Plank
Skaters
(repeat 3 times)
Mountain Climbers x 1
Guard sit ups
Cannonball sit ups
 Russian Twists
(repeat 3 times)
Hollow hold x 1


Thursday 
Warm up
10 x 50m Sprints
Active rest between sprints
10 reps of any of the ab exercises

Friday
Walk the stairs – 20 stairs per floor
Walk up to floor 10 back to ground
Walk up to floor 8 back to ground
Walk up to floor 6 back to ground
Walk up to floor 4 back to ground
Walk up to floor 3 back to ground
Walk up to floor 2 back to ground
Walk up to floor 1 back to ground
10 sit ups x5
