All in Workout Toolbox
Finally, time to start an all-new training programme this week. Always amazing to get some new challenges and suffer the new sore parts. This programme is all about building muscle while cutting down on that pesky body fat.
This week I had some fun with a lower load higher rep workout.
This week is my second week back to a regular workout schedule. Keeping it nice and simple with this workout.
Another year over and a new one underway. I hope you had a great break and enjoyed time with friends and family. We had a year with lots of ups and downs, so it was nice to finish the year with a positive experience. We took a lovely family holiday in Northland, the kids went camping for the first time, and we all enjoyed a lovely time in the sunshine.
This week I had added a fun HIIT workout to my program this week to de-load a little.
