Workout Wednesday - Everyday day is ab day
It is the final week of my training program, it has been a challenging programme and has made me realise how much you can gain in a few weeks.
This workout is just a simple ab workout that is a no equipment needed workout.

20 reps - ab roll ups
20 reps - bow and arrow - elbow to knee
20 reps - reverse crunches
20 reps - windshield wipers
20 reps - crunches
20 reps -straight leg raises
20 reps - dying bugs
