Workout Wednesday - New kicks didn't help me
Workout of the week
Another week, another workout.
This week I got to play in my new kicks, yes I know they are pink but I like them all the same. I had hoped that new kicks would give my little feet a boost; unfortunately they didn't.
This workout I got on the much-avoided airdyne, believe me when I say that burning 20 calories sounds easy until you have to do it. Maybe I should have got new legs instead of new kicks.
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes
8 box jumps
20 calorie air dyne sprint
10 medicine ball slams
20 sit ups
