Another week and another opportunity to play in the sunshine while doing my workout.  This is my final week on this workout programme so I am ready and set for a new challenge and looking forward to some big changes over the next few weeks.

3x5 push ups, knees down

3x10 chin ups

3x16 lunges

10 - 5 - 3 Front squat @ 50% of 1 rep max

10 - 8 - 6 - 5 - 3 Back squat @ % of 1 rep max

50 step ups per leg @ 5kg

50 sit ups

50 air squats

50 overhead press @ 20kg
