This week I had added a fun HIIT workout to my program this week to de-load a little.
As it is summertime here at the moment I have been making the most out of the sunshine and doing my workouts outside, vitamin D while working on my bones and muscles.

 

 
 

The workout of the week is a high-intensity interval style workout

3 rounds

50 seconds’ activity

10 seconds’ rest

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Tricep Dips
  • Squats
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Pike Push Ups
  • Dying Bugs
