Workout Wednesday - Skaters suck!
I'm on week 2 of 8 of my training programme, and I just want to say that Skaters suck!
As part of my training programme, I have built in some high-intensity training days that are all body weight exercises, little to no equipment needed.
This workout is primarily about lower body destruction, and it works perfectly, by round three the skaters made me want to cry.
