Auckland weather has gone all Game of Thrones on us at the moment, so it takes a long time to warm up and not very long to cool down. They say summer bodies are built in the winter months, but I want my fat for insulation at the moment.
The next few weeks I have a specific but straightforward programme. While rehabbing my calf, my physio picked up on a few areas that could use some improvement. Thankfully nothing major but some weaknesses that could be the cause of my last injury, if left unaddressed could be the cause of future ones.
I have programmed some movements that should address the weaknesses I currently.
25 pull ups
50 dumbbell deadlifts
50 push ups
50 jumping jacks
50 jump squats
50 V ups
50 dumbbell push press
25 wide grip pull ups
