Workout Wednesday - Quick and Dirty

I'm still not feeling very motivated toward working out at the moment.  

I'm still nursing a calf strain which means
1. I can't get under the same amount of weight as I want to
2. I can't push as hard as I want to
3. I have a heap of extra exercises I need to do each day as part of my rehab.  

With those things in mind, I have shifted my training. This means I have more quick and dirty bodyweight workouts focusing on form.

Workout Wednesday

10 ab tucks

10 pike push ups

10 lateral lunges

10 plank jacks

10 squats
