Workout Wednesday - Changing things up

It is hard to believe that we are already part way through March. The first few weeks of the year I worked to just get back into the swing of things before getting on the muscle build and fat burning train. 

Now it is time to change things up and focus on some of my weaknesses.  This training programme will be 8 weeks working on building my upper body strength, leaning out my leg a little more and working on my core.

This is the first workout of my new program,  I am using a superset style program as they are another great way to build muscle and burn fat.

Supersets are when you do two exercises back to back with little to no rest in between, they perfect when you want to make the most of your time in the gym.  My focus is on arms, chest and back with some legs to round thing out.  The high-intensity ab work at the end of the workout just finishes things off nicely.
