Protein Bark Recipe
200g cacao butter or coconut oil
1 ½ tsp. Vanilla powder
¼ cup protein
2 tbsp. Sunflower butter
2 tbsp. Cacao nibs
Melt the cacao butter or coconut oil over a low heat in a large saucepan.
When the butter has become liquid whisk in the protein, vanilla and sunflower butter.
Pour the mixture into a lined dish and sprinkle the cacao nibs over the mixture.
Put the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes.
When the mixture is set, you can slice the bark into 20 portions.
The bark will keep in the fridge for up to 3 months.
