Squat 5 reps at 75% of 1 Rep Max
Squat 3 reps at 85% of 1 Rep Max
Squat 1+ reps at 95% of 1 Rep Max
Supporting exercises 5 Rounds
Hip Thrusters Press 10 reps
Weighted Step Ups 10 rep
