Squats 10 reps

Inchworm 10 reps

Single Leg Deadlift 10 reps each side

Push up 10 reps

Jumping Jacks 10 reps

Reverse Lunge Overhead Reach 10 reps

Pike Push Ups 10 reps

Mountain Climber 10 reps
