Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds - Primal, Paleo, Kid Friendly and Clean Eating
1cup pumpkin seeds
1tbsp. olive oil
½tsp. chilli powder
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C/350 degrees F.
On a lined rimmed baking sheet, add pumpkin seeds.
You can use seeds straight from the pumpkin just make sure to remove as much pulp from the seeds as possible.
In a small bowl, combine oil, paprika, chilli powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
Toss oil with pumpkin seeds, and coat evenly.
Bake until golden, about 15 minutes.
