Nom Burgers - Primal, Paleo, Kid Friendly and Clean Eating
These burgers got their name because they are ‘nom nom'. They are a simple and option for a weeknight dinner or the family BBQ.
500g minced beef
½ carrot finely grated
½ orange pepper finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
In a bowl mix together, all of the ingredients by kneading everything together until the ingredients are evenly spread through the meat.
Divide the mix into 6 and flatten out into burger shapes.
Cook the burgers over medium-high heat until golden brown on the outside.
