High Energy Protein Balls
High Protein Energy Balls - Clean Eating and Kid Friendly
2 scoops protein powder
30g coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup dates, soaked and chopped
1/3 cup coconut threads
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until the dates are broken into smaller pieces.
Blitz everything together until you get a ball forming inside the processor, you may need to add some of the water from the dates if the mixture is dry.
Roll the mix into balls; you should get approximately 20 balls from the mix.
