Energy Balls - Primal, Paleo, Kid Friendly and Clean Eating
1cup sunflower seeds
1/2cup desiccated coconut
1/2cup coconut oil
Place the sunflower seeds in a food processor and blitz them until they are ground but still have some chunks.
Add the oats, raisins and coconut to the food processor with the coconut oil, blitz until the mix starts to come together, you may need to add in a little more oil if the mix is a little but dry.
When the mixture is well-combined form balls with the mix, I like to take a teaspoon worth of mix for each ball.
Once rolled out place the balls on a tray and chill them for a few hours.
The balls will keep in the fridge for about a week
