Creamy Salmon & Basil Impasta
Creamy Salmon & Basil Pasta - Primal, Paleo, Kid Friendly and Clean Eating
4 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, crushed
250g cherry tomatoes halved
100g baby spinach
½cup basil shredded
500g cooked salmon steaks
In a pan heat oil over a medium to high heat, add onion and garlic, cook off until soft.
Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes
Add basil and spinach, cook until wilted down.
Add cream and cook for another 2 minutes, stir though the salmon then serve.
