Blueberry Waffles - Primal, Paleo, Kid Friendly and Clean Eating
Blueberry Waffles recipes
½cup coconut milk
1tbsp. vanilla bean paste
1 large banana, mashed
½tbsp. maple syrup
1tbs coconut oil
1 ¼cup sunflower seed flour
½tsp. baking soda
1tsp. ground cinnamon
1tbsp. coconut flour
In a bowl mix together the eggs, coconut milk, vanilla, banana, maple syrup and coconut oil until the liquid is smooth.
In a different bowl mix together the sunflower seed flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Preheat the waffle iron and grease it.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and fold them together so they are just combined then fold in the blueberries.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of the batter into the waffle iron and close the lid.
The waffles will be golden brown when ready.
Serve hot and with fresh blueberries.
