Blueberry Pancakes - Primal, Paleo, Kid Friendly and Clean Eating
Pancakes are excellent, is there a way to make pancakes more impressive? The answer is yes, add blueberries to them. Pancakes are a great option for breakfast on the weekend as a treat, and the addition of blueberries makes them even more of a treat.
½ scoop protein powder
1/3 cup blueberries
¼ tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. Oat flour
½ tsp. Vanilla bean paste
In a blender mix together egg, protein powder, banana, baking soda, oat flour and vanilla until it is a smooth batter.
Stir in the blueberries.
Preheat a pan and add portions of the batter to the pan, no more than 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake.
Cook each pancake until they are golden on each side.
