These little beauties are the perfect combination of sweet and savoury, easy to make, easy to eat and always a crowd pleaser.
20 pitted dates
3tbsp. toasted sunflower seeds
5 large slices of prosciutto, cut into strips
Slice open each of the dates on the side and pry them open.
Stuff each date with some of the sunflower seeds; close the dates with your fingers.
Wrap each of the dates in a strip of the prosciutto.
Lay the dates on a baking paper lined baking sheet, bake at 180 degrees C/ 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes or until the prosciutto is crisp.
