Steak wraps - Primal, Paleo, Kid Friendly and Clean Eating
I love any food that is wrapped up in meat and steak wraps have to be the best meat to wrap your food in.
8 thin slices sirloin or flank steak
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 medium courgette, sliced into thin strips
1 medium onion, halved and then thinly
Rub each side of the steaks with some olive oil and season.
Heat a frying pan over a medium heat with a little oil, fry off the vegetables and rosemary until they are tender.
Place a few of the vegetables vertically in the centre of the steak, roll the vegetables up in the steak, and secure the end of the steak for a toothpick.
Preheat a grill or BBQ on high heat; cook each wrap for 2 minutes per side, less if you prefer your steak rear.
