Red Pepper Soup

Red Pepper Soup - Primal, Paleo, Kid Friendly and Clean Eating

This soup is easy to make and a great lunchtime option.

4 red peppers

4 ripe tomatoes

1/4 cup basil leaves


Preheat oven at 180 degrees C/ 350 degrees F

Half the peppers, remove the seeds, half the tomatoes

Bake the peppers and tomatoes for 15 minutes

Put the peppers and tomatoes into a blender with the basil

Blend everything together into a smooth liquid

Heat the soup up and serve
