Pork Balls - Primal, Paleo, Kid Friendly and Clean Eating

I like meatballs.  I don’t really mind what meat they contain, the idea of a ball of meat makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.  They are possibly one of the best food inventions, food in a ball rocks!

These meatballs were born of the want for a little spice to go with the (at that point) boring flavour of pork mince. These pork balls have a little bit of an Asian twist that works well with coodles, cauliflower rice or just with a chili dipping sauce.

 

Ingredients

500g minced pork

1 onion finely minced

1 red pepper finely diced

1 carrot finely grated

1 courgette finely grated

2 garlic cloves minced

1 thumb of ginger finely grated

1tsp. coriander

 

Instructions

In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients by kneading everything together until the vegetables are evenly spread through the meat.  

Roll the mix into small balls.  

Cook the meatballs over a medium heat until golden brown on the outside.
