Onion Bhaji - Primal, Paleo, Kid Friendly and Clean Eating

Onion Bhaji

Ingredients
3 eggs
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp onion seeds (optional)
1 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp tapioca flour
2 tbsp coconut flour

Instructions

In a bowl beat the eggs.

Stir in the onions,

Add the spices and flours.

Stir thoroughly making sure there are no lumps of flour.

Drop 1 heaped teaspoon of mixture into a deep fat fryer and cook until golden brown.
