Lamb burgers - Primal, Paleo, Kid Friendly and Clean Eatin
These burgers have a great taste and are a nice easy weeknight treat. Try them with a cos lettuce bun.
600g minced lamb
3 garlic cloves minced
3 spring onions finely sliced
60g Feta crumbled
1tsp Lemon juice
In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients by kneading everything together until the ingredients are evenly spread through the meat.
Divide the mix into 6 and flatten out into burger shapes.
Cook the burgers over a medium high heat until golden brown on the outside and cheese crumbles.
