Grilled Prawn Skewers

Grilled Prawn Skewers - Primal, Paleo, Kid Friendly and Clean Eating

I think just about everyone in our house loves prawns (including the cat), these prawns are a great option on a weeknight and the Sexy seafood sauce finishes them nicely.

Ingredients

400g raw prawns, shelled and de-veined

fresh cracked pepper

oil spray

Sexy seafood sauce

 

Instructions

Soak wooden skewers in water at least 20 minutes, you can use metal ones to avoid this step. 

Season prawns lightly pepper. 

Place 5 prawns on 8 skewers.
Heat a clean, lightly oiled grill to medium heat, when the grill is hot add the prawns, careful not to burn the skewers. 

Grill on both sides for about 6 - 8 minutes total cooking time or until the prawns is opaque and cooked through.
Set prawns aside on a platter and quickly brush sauce onto the prawns; serve immediately
