Omelettes - Primal, Paleo, Kid Friendly and Clean Eating
The omelette is stupidly easy and only takes a few minutes to make. They are an excellent option for breakfast, lunch or even a simple dinner with a salad. The method is simple and you can add extras whenever you want to make some tasty meals.
2 large eggs
Freshly ground black pepper
A small knob of butter
Crack eggs into a mixing bowl and beat them well.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper
Over a low heat, melt the butter in a small frying pan.
When the butter has melted, and the pan is hot pour in the eggs, make sure they are evenly spread in the pan.
When the omelette begins to cook and firm up ease the edge of the omelette away from the pan with a spatula and fold it in half.
When the bottom is golden, brown on the underside its ready to serve.
