Meatloaf - Primal, Paleo, Kid Friendly and Clean Eatin
Meat wrapped in meat, I’m not sure that there is much more that needs to be said.
500g beef mince
3 large onions diced
12 rashers streaky bacon
Over a low medium heat fry off the onions until they are soft and starting to brown slightly, once they are cooked set them to one side and allow them to cool.
Once cooled add the mince to the onions and mix well. Line a large loaf tin with bacon then add in the mince and onion mix, when the loaf tin is full wrap the overhanging bacon over the top of meat.
Cover the loaf tin with foil and bake at 190 degrees C/ 370 degrees F for approximately 40 minutes, remove the foil and cook until the bacon is crisp.
